Locally produced and grown in the beautiful Rogue Valley gives me an organic passion for the land and the people that make up such a wonderful place. I started out graduating from South Medford High School and was married a couple of years later at which point I moved to California for a year and then Arizona for nine. I worked at a powersports store, Sunwest XPress, where we sold fun: Boats, ATVs, motorcycles, etc. I wrote finance contracts, sold insurance and did the business accounting. At the same time I raised two daughters while attending Mohave Community College from which I graduated with honors receiving an Associates of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences in 2008. Also in 2008 the market crashed and I found myself getting back to my roots, here in Oregon.
Living here I worked at Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon in the Medicare line of business while also working in the hospitality field at Chadwick’s, serving patrons at a premier comedy and sports bar. Now as a single mama I have one grown daughter who is a very patient and loving Waldorf assistant preschool teacher. My other daughter is an excellent student at North Medford High who plans to go to college, dreams of owning her own special animal shelter and working on cars. Last but not least I am a proud grandmother of the most well-spoken and out-spoken three year old little lady you will ever meet. God help us all!
This next chapter of life has me accepted into SOU this fall where I will obtain my Bachelors in Science in Innovation & Leadership and a newly acquired real estate license that I look forward to using to become your greatest rookie of all time. I am the girl next door, the one you can depend on to be trustworthy, quick to action and diligent in the desires of your own next chapter. This story about to get “real”.
